Learning Intentions

Students will learn fundamental principles of chemistry, including atomic structure, chemical bonding, and the periodic table. They will be able to balance chemical equations, perform stoichiometric calculations, and identify simple organic compounds. Students will also learn to perform basic laboratory procedures safely.
